The Instruments of the Anglican Communion
We all must, by now, have found the Conelonialists ranting and raving about the "instruments of communion". Seems to me the only real instruments of communion are those pictured below.
Can someone explain why we need any more instruments than these? Seems to me these are about all the instruments of communion we need.

Fred, exactly. This is wonderful.
By extension, one might also include a baptismal shell.
(I like to use a shell because I like to splash lots of water, not just dribble from a wet hand.)
Or, as Jesus put it, "When I said 'Go therefore and make disciples of all nations' I didn't realize you people were going to make it so complicated!"
Where's the coffee maker?

Oh Fred, this is dangerously close to what Jesus would do. That will never do! Why would you want to be inclusively loving, welcoming and generous when you can be convinced of your own rightness and purity?

How about a great recipe for the spring?
Thanks, Fred. It's a fine hymn with a rousing tune. I'm always a little put off by "world of sound" that strikes my ear as a bit like an RCA advert... but apart from that, a great tribute to music as ministry and praise!
I think we need dulcimers and organs but then I am a professional player of dulcimers. So I may be a tad prejudiced.
